Scottish 18’s are a very popular drill for soccer teams all around the world. tscers, start with two cones about 80 yards apart, run from one cone to the next in 18 seconds or less. Then jog back to your starting point and begin again 1 minute after your first run started. Continue this for 10 minutes. As your fitness increases you should start moving the cones further apart.
