So in that 15-20 minutes, everything you eat is unnecessary. If you eat slower, you’ll eat less in that gap before your brain gets the call, and therefore you’ll consume fewer calories and less fat. This simple tactic can immediately improve your weight loss efforts!
Along with this, we suggest a second free and easy tip: Drink more water. Science Daily points out that water doesn’t add to your calorie and fat counts like energy drinks and Starbucks lattes, it doesn’t dehydrate you due to caffeine content, and it helps you feel full. Sounds good to me! Water is the fluid of life, and it is healthier in its natural form than with additives, even though you may think other things taste better. One thing you can do to make it easier to drink is to get bottled water in bulk, or even get a Brita filter for your home. Whatever you have to do, drink more water!
