It’ll be up to you to pick the best diet that you can stick with and enjoy!

 

Secondly is Exercise, which can be broken down into cardio and weight training. I know some of you are thinking that weight training is for body builders. How much weight you are looking to lose will cause your weight training to vary, but it is a must in any program..   What is comes down to is that muscle burns fat and calories.. So the more lean muscle you have, the more of a calorie burning machine you become.

 

All of this will fall into place as we go over a variety of different ways for you to both eat right, burn calories and feel good about what you’re doing.
