I wanted to show all of you what I use to workout and all of my fitness equipment. However, to get in great shape you really don’t need any equipment at all, just your body! That is what is so great about Insanity, you are just using yourself as the resistance and pushing yourself, and you will see results. But it is good to have different equipment to add variety to your workouts and to challenge yourself. Just get the equipment you need, and don’t go out and spend all your money! Try to find good deals on craigslist or on ebay, like I did for my dumbbells and power tower, which will save you a ton of money. Please rate and comment! Let me know if you have any questions.
