yeah nice videos
ime just turned 18 and focusing mainly on chest . shoulders / arms and abs . i have a problem with my knees so tend to steer clear from working them. any other ab workouts ? i didnt think the knee up to your chin in press up stance worked too good untill around 15 on each side . whew lol like it
