well i wouldn’t say diet, I would say change your eating habits. Stay away from donuts, pastries, soda, anything in high fat content really. It all adds up over time.

Especially with fast food, unless you are willing to run over 10 miles like most long distance runners who can eat whatever they want, you need good eating habits or else all your work will be negated by the bad food you eat.

Just really stay away from fast food, pastries and soda.
    all fat people eat that…seriously…

So a good diet isn’t a necessity? Just as long as it is nutritious? Actually, let me put it this way. Say I do cardio work and I am under 10 percent body fat, is the diet just to get under 10 percent or is the diet in itself going to help me achieve the six pack? (Now this is taking into regard that I get plenty of nutrients and protein but dont necessarily eat as healthy as I could.)

    @ Johnmc

You are a complete idiot for saying that. This guy is doing fine. It has nothing to do with “our little something down there”…

  4. destylebaby says:

nice,. Icheck out my video on my back crunch n the leg lifts, i have 3 vids

  5. dragonzith says:

like he said 3-5, 5-8, 8-12 then rest then do it again, until you feel you can’t do much more.

  6. tec2012 says:

Hmm.. That looks very effective. I never thought about leg lifts for a lower abdominal workout. Thanks, keep up the good work. You’re helping people, like myself.

  7. wirechair says:

yeh me too, but i wonder if this posture is good for the back or will injure it?

  21. r4hul101 says:

Thanks, i do my method every other day know and my abs are alot more toned and ripped than theyv’e ever been.

Its better to start off with small reps and gradually add more once you’ve found a sustainable level.

I remember starting off on 20 reps and my abs used to really ache and pain after just one session.

Totally worth it though, and it doesn’t consume most of the day. Just don’t go overboard with it :-)

  22. gcfootball711 says:
