@Svarti666 thats interesting and strange, i feel like like it was some unrelated condition, but im no expert on these techniques so ‘ll take everything into consideration. thanks
hey the yoga guy from street fighter can literaly breath fire
The kundalini is a very powerful energy source, and its symbol is a snake. I don“t know exactly why in is dangerous, only that I know someone who almost died.
absolutely awesome!
@Svarti666 how could this possibly be dangerous?
Thanks for a short demo. I learned KY at a yoga center for two years and now that I’m familiar with the techniques, I’m doing it on my own at home. It’s very energizing, detoxifying, and definitely healing!
To awaken kundalini is very dangerous, and you have to come an long way in your spiritual life to not, probably, get killed. A friend of mine has a friend who have get close to die a many times, and she said that the kundalini was the worst she ever experienced. This is NOT for beginners. This is the left hand path of the tantra.
@Troyster21
well brother, all matters done in either extreme is unhealthy. middle way, balanced all the way, is encouraged.

Isnt there a risk that you can awaken your kundalini too rapidly if you keep doing this
hahaha the cells begin to dance! awesome stuff man
Very nice video. Well done. I accidentally clicked one star by mistake, and it won’t let me undo it. Sorry! It’s a 5 star video all the way.
Thank you for this we will be trying it later – very well explained.
one thing that came to me when doing it, concentrate on the inhale and the exhale will come natural so you don’t do anything with abs =)
