My friend and I both put on weight easily so we kind of buddy up on our diet habits so that we have that much needed support system. It is true, as hard as it may be to accept, that you must exercise to affect a proper healthy weight loss. We jumped on that right away since we are getting older and we need to start thinking about strengthening our body-cores so we can live with vitality.

To achieve the best result you also have to put away 6 meals every day. It can be tough at the beginning but after about about a week or so it’s pretty easy. There are a lot of reasons for eating six meals each day but the best one is that it is much, much easier to eat six smaller meals than putting down three huge meals. Believe or not you would have to pack down three bowls of oatmeal, ten egg whites and two C. of nuts in one sitting to put down the amount of calories you need. Make it easier on yourself and just eat 6 meals through out the day.

Eating six meals every day also increases your metabolism which is important because you want to minimize the amount of fat that you gain when putting on weight. Then you’ll immediately reduce to 90 pounds for 12 reps, finally you change exercises to leg extensions and do 100 pounds for 12 reps.. . My results were less than stellar with this method.
